Answer: You can win an on-air contest once every 30 days AND you cannot win the same prize twice in 6 months.

Question: I won a prize and the on-air staff told me the prize is not in and that WMZQ Promotions will call when the prize has arrive; but it has been weeks and still have not heard anything from WMZQ Promotions. What should I do?

Answer: Odds are the prize has still not arrived at the station. CD's and tickets can take several weeks to come into the station and then the promotions staff needs to count everything out, and match prizes up to each winner. Though this process might take a long time, the promotions department never forgets to contact each winner once the prize has arrived.

Question: Where and when can I pick-up my prize that I won?

Answer: Pick-up all prizes at WMZQ, Monday-Friday, 10am - 6pm. The office is usually closed on holidays; though we are still on the air, the offices could be closed. Offices may also close due to inclement weather.

Answer: 30 days to pick-up all prizes won on WMZQ. If prize is not in, once the prize arrives and you have been contacted to pick-it up, you will have 30 days to pick-up the prize.

Answer: Prizes fall back to the possession of the WMZQ Promotions Department to be given away again.

Answer: Under normal circumstances prizes will not be mailed! The prize winner or someone on the winners behalf (with a copy of the winner's photo ID) must pick the prize up at the station between the prize pick-up hours.

Answer: Yes, if you would like this done, email us a statement of the person picking-up the prize on your behalf. Statements need to include your name, full mailing address, prize won, and state that you are releasing your prize to this other person, include their name. The person picking up the prize must also have a copy of the winners ID, and a filled out W-9 form from the IRS. W-9 forms can be found at
